Our aim is to deliver your goods on time, securely and economically – normally 2/3 working days from the dispatch date (the majority of orders are processed next working day). However, special orders will require our waiting for goods from suppliers. Personalised orders including engraving or printed goods may also take longer. We will always inform you after ordering if this is the case.

NB:  Processing hours for Penfax on-line and mail order are 9:00 am – 2:00 pm Monday – Friday, orders taken after 2:00 pm will be processed the following day.  Orders taken after 2:00 pm on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday (Bank Holidays excluded). We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays, any orders which arrive on these days will be processed at the next most convenient working day.

We use several courier organisations and will choose the most appropriate for your order. All orders will be sent securely usually via a signed for service, allowing all goods to be tracked and arrive at their destination promptly.

In most circumstances a signature will be required to ensure goods arrive safely.

United Kingdom

All orders to United Kingdom over £25.00 include FREE standard delivery.  

For order values under £25.00, a choice of 1st or 2nd class is available (NOT Signed For). For 1st Class, under 1kg is priced at £3.38 and over 1kg £5.45. For 2nd class it is £2.85 for orders below 2kg. 

Next Day Delivery (guaranteed by 1pm next working day) is available on all orders and pricing is as shown below:
