Notebooks & Journals

'Keeping a note helps you cope'.  Taking notes at a meeting, or writing down a to-do list or scribbling down the start of your new novel these are all great ways to help you organise your mind and remember things and remind you of jobs to do.  Whatever you use a your notebook for its great to write.  You may have your personal favourites whether its hardback or softback or waterproof or ruled or plain, the list goes on but there will be one that becomes your favourite.
